Marketing and Media Specialist

Position: Marketing + Media Specialist
Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL

SUMMARY

The Marketing + Media Specialist will coordinate and execute photoshoots for incoming products, manage photo content, and collaborate with internal teams, ambassadors, and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets. This role emphasizes organization and communication skills to ensure that all product visuals are captured and distributed in a timely and effective manner. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Photoshoot Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Gear Operations and R&D teams to track, log, and inventory marketing product samples.
  • Organize and schedule photoshoots, including managing photographers/videographers, models, and other logistics to capture high-quality images of incoming products.
• Photo Asset Management:
  • Oversee the back-end management of all photo content, including organizing, tagging, and naming files and ensuring all images are stored in appropriate systems for easy access.
• Collaborative Content Delivery:
  • Work closely with the Wholesale and Growth teams to deliver high-quality product photos and visual assets to key partners, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with the Growth team to gather, organize, and deliver content from ambassadors to support digital marketing efforts.
• Event Integration & Media Support:
  • Collaborate with the Events team to ensure product integration into key events for content capture, including coordinating media coverage at these events.
  • Travel to key events, when necessary, to support event operations and ensure proper media coverage.
• Ad Imagery Maintenance:
  • Assist in routine maintenance and updates to ad imagery, ensuring all visual assets are fresh and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
• Occasional Product Photography:
  • Provide occasional in-house product photography for new product launches or marketing initiatives, ensuring that visuals are consistent with brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of prior experience
• Superior time management, communication, and attention to detail required
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
• Ability to work with a fast-paced, highly productive team
• Experience in project management
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
• Must be flexible with working hours and weekend availability to attend photoshoots
• Photoshop Experience
