The Brand Director brings our products to life through storytelling, branding, and compelling creative execution

Primary Focus: Brand storytelling, content creation, and creative leadership

You’re a creative type and you obsess over the quality of your creative output. This could mean photography, books, music, gear, apparel, technology, or all of the above. For this role, you need to have some experience in management, but most importantly you need a proven track record of executing and overseeing quality content (please include in your application). Be prepared to talk about your specific role in that process. Our aim is to find someone who takes strong ownership but who can also collaborate to achieve a creative vision that leads to stories that matter. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and the VP of Marketing. Your experience and skill sets will determine the reporting structure.


You Bring:

  • 6+ years of creative experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, content marketing, social media strategy, and creative production
  • Proven background in leading creative team with a focus on digital-first branding
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign development, and digital content creation
  • Knowledge of video production, photography, and digital design
  • Ability to translate brand identity into compelling creative and messaging
  • Passion for fitness, rucking, training, veterans and/or strong military supporter, experienced with team sports and/or gear dorks into outdoor fitness

What You'll Do:

  • Define and lead the company’s creative direction, ensuring a strong brand identity
  • Oversee content strategy, ensuring compelling storytelling across all platforms
  • Lead and manage the content and creative team, ensuring all marketing assets align with the vision
  • Develop and execute brand campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue
  • Collaborate with the CEO to ensure product storytelling is deeply integrated into marketing
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to align creative efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Ensure high-quality creative output across digital, email, social, and website channels
  • Drive innovation in how the brand tells its story and differentiates itself in the market
  • Own creative production processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
