Warehouse Associate

GORUCK is a mission-driven company that takes pride in the quality of the products we design, the events we lead, and the communities we strengthen. GORUCK is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team to support our eCommerce business in overseeing daily warehouse operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and replenish GORUCK inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by breaking down boxes, creating new gaylords for inventory and adjusting inventory locations based off on hand and order quantities
• Pick and pack orders as necessary, especially during high seasons
• Process returns
• Receive inventory including unloading trucks and containers
• Receive and correct noncompliant GORUCK purchase orders
• Report issues of any type to the Operations team
• Assist packers by re-stocking packing stations and notify the Operations team when there is low inventory or packing materials
• Put away unpacked items

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prefer 2+ years experience in a warehouse environment
• Prefer a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management or similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (excel, word) or Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides)
• Excellent communicator, collaborator and team player
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and careful diligence with responsibilities
• Flexible and adaptable to constantly changing priorities 
• Able to lift/carry/move up to 70 lbs
