Position: Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL
SUMMARY
The eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will drive all activities related to the GORUCK websites including GORUCK.com and GORUCK.eu plus the expansion into other markets. They will have a specific focus on improving website performance and customer journey to drive revenue. They will also be responsible for driving the performance marketing strategy. Our eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager is expected to leverage their experience to strategically put GORUCK’s brand, products, and community at the forefront.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Understand and optimize the consumer journey to enhance customer experience and increase conversions
- Utilize data-driven insights and marketing psychology to inform product positioning, category management, and upsells/cross-sells
- Lead GORUCK's performance marketing strategy for scalable growth, focusing on product awareness, customer acquisition, and re-engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with agency partners to enhance the website and landing pages for a seamless user experience.
- Forecast, measure, budget, and report on digital campaign performance
- Oversee ad development, testing, and analysis for performance optimization
- Oversee CRO strategy and execution through A/B testing and analysis of user behaviors
- Define and monitor eCommerce metrics to guide strategic recommendations and track site performance.
- Provide strategic insights on site health and performance to leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is a customer-centric individual, with a great sense of digital product performance, project management and communication skills, and with a strong technical understanding of Internet, Web and eCommerce technologies.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience managing ecommerce sites, preferably in Shopify
- 6+ years hands on experience managing PPC and digital marketing campaigns
- Quick learner and self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple product lines, projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer-focused, service-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strongly competent in eCommerce product planning.
- Ability to see the end goal and have persistence and creativity to navigate complexity
