Position:  Customer Service Representative

Location:  Jacksonville Downtown

 

SUMMARY

 

This is a position for someone with a passion for both GORUCK and people. As a GORUCK Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in embodying the GORUCK brand by servicing our community of loyal and awesome customers. Your main goal is to do right by our people and to consistently create a positive and unforgettable experience as the face of GORUCK.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through email, social media, and phone
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience and brainstorm with the team
  • Master our internal management systems in order to efficiently and effectively process customer questions and needs
  • Communicate and work cross-functionally with all departments to help customers and to improve their experience
  • Delivering our promise to our customers by supporting our fulfillment operations at the warehouse full time in downtown Jacksonville.  When needed, this includes receiving shipments, pick and packing orders, logging inventory, and processing returns
  • Constantly improve our current business processes for efficiency and better outcomes
  • Be cognizant and aware of customer trends to include what’s working and what’s not
  • Assist with additional tasks and duties as needed
 

QUALIFICATIONS

 
  • Requires work on site full time at the warehouse located in downtown Jacksonville. May require some travel between GORUCK HQ (Jacksonville Beach) . 
  • A  “no task is too small” attitude who prioritizes quality over quantity
  • Energetic, authentic, patient, and highly adaptable
  • Ability to adhere to a shift schedule on a regular and consistent basis
  • Highly organized with an intense attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills with a savvy ability to say “no” with a smile
  • Strong command of the English language and grammar
  • Moral compass with a high level of integrity and good judgment - you’re able to uphold policy while finding a feasible solution for the customer
  • Tenacious and highly resourceful - no problem is unsolvable
  • A good listener who is attentive to customer needs and proactively takes care of future questions
